Edwin O. Smith Foundation Teacher Grants: 2013-14
In May of 2013, faculty and staff members from the Math, Science, Social Studies, Fine Arts, Culinary Arts, World Language, and Athletic, and Special Services Departments received over $15,000 in Foundation grants to be used during the 2013-14 school year. Awarded on a competitive basis, the teachers received funding for an athletic trainer for the school's weight training room, iPads for Math and an After School Program for the Special Services department, coats and linens for the Culinary Arts students, computers and speakers for the World Language department, a specialized camera, software, and supplies for a chemistry project for the Science department, as well as several other initiatives.

- Steve Robichaud – Athletics - $350 - Popcorn machine
- Shawn Santasiere, etc. - Social Studies - $500 – Bike week breakfasts
- Kimberly Wilson-Holton, etc. – WL – $2720 - 2 computers, 2 sets of speakers
- Amanda Hanzlik – Fine Arts - $3000 - Carnegie Hall expenses (not auditorium)
- Gutierrez – Culinary Arts - $700 - coats and linens
- Teresa Mamunes – After School program - $1125 - iPad retina
